Terrible app, terrible experience and even worse support

I installed this app based on the reviews and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. Random apps would have no audio, screwing up my work whenever I had to join Skype/Zoom calls. Facetime stopped working. VLC stopped working. Sometimes Audio would work only with headphones plugged in, even after restarting my mac (when was the last time you had to restart your mac?!).

Additionally, their support is even worse. They take 2 days to reply to a tweet and 3 days to reply to an email. Even then, their support actually had the nerve to tell me to ‘specify audio settings for EACH app I have installed “ Yea right. That’s something I wanna pay $15 to do!

Do yourself a favor, stay away from this piece of garbage.
