A lot of background noise

I tried this app for almost two weeks. It has a lot of background noise I contacted the support they told me to launch audio MIDI Setup app on Mac and check whether the sample rate for the app is set to 44100Hz I checked it and found it is set to 44100Hz as they told me I told them back that there is still noise and I never heard from them.

I don’t recommend anyone to spend their money on this app.
